5. Calculator Plus: Supports usual  array of features that you might expect from a scientific calculator but not as feature rich as Calc98 or Hexelon that you will see in these charts. Supports a bluish skin that some people may like.  This one is from Microsoft if you are curious.

4. Moffsofts Free Calculator: It supports adjustable calculator size, when you increase or decrease window size it will automatically adjust the screen and button size etc. More importantly it supports history tape that will save all the calculations that you do and can be printed and saved. Can be minimized to tray as well. Do not supports scientific functions however but highly practical for normal use.

3. Karen’s Calculator: This supports a very similar feature set as the Moffsoft Free Calculator. Supports the history tape as Moffsofts and you can save it for the future reference too . Interestingly you can set the key click sound suitable to your taste as well.

Hexelon: This one is my favorite. Supports a beautiful and highly polished visual interface in the shades of silver and light blue result screen. Supports a huge amount of features and will require a whole article from me to show all of them(hum!). Some of the functions includes:
- Solving math expressions.
- Creating custom functions saving and publishing them on the Internet.
- Exchange rate and currency converter are built in.
- Undo and redo buttons and history of math expressions.
- Three different calculators as user can calculate three different math expressions at the same time .
- 5 sets of keyboards that can be configured by the user to execute different functions.

I think it was not a freeware some time ago when last time viewed their site about a year ago but now it is.
