According to the iPhone Dev-Team blog a security researcher named @i0n1c has discovered an exploit for the untethered jailbreak for the iOS 4.3 and is actually waiting for the final release of the iOS 4.3 FW from Apple. Looks like there will not be a long wait for the JB community after the release of the iOS 4.3.
