Windows 8 | A Leaked Windows 8 Screenshot Surfaces – Additionally Some Rumors About the Release Schedule

Apparently, a new leaked Windows 8 screenshot has surfaced in the online press. This is released by the Zukona – who is known to give accurate Windows beta information. This screenshot is from 6.2.7930.0.winmain_win8m2.110217-1825 build. The alleged copy of Windows 8 shows a new “restart if required” option before installing Windows Updates in the screenshot. This screenshot don’t give any idea about the new features in the Windows 8. Although, Windows Aero seems to be in use.

On a side note, Microsoft is currently finalizing the M2 build of Windows 8 and they will start working on the M3 probably from the end of February. While first beta of the Windows 8 is expected to appear in September probably on annual Professional Developers Conference (PDC). However, these are not any firm deadlines but mere speculations based on the current progress status on the OS.
