Well, it seems soon after the release of the iOS 4.3 GM guys at FSM has managed to create a custom bundle for jailbreaking the iOS. According to their internal testing it works perfectly fine. Although it should be noted that this jailbreaking method is tethered. so for a more mature and possibly tethered jailbreak most of the users should wait for an official release from iPhone-Dev Team after the release of the iOS 4.3.
