How to Unlock Bootloader for Google Nexus S (Samsung GT-I9020T) ?

Nexus S is the second Android based smartphone released by the technology giant Google (a successor to the Nexus One). It was released in the end of the last year, and generally got positive reviews by the experts for being the first phone in the industry to support Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and also the first one to support the NFC technology.
