CM7 Nexus S | Android 2.3.4 Based CyanogenMod 7 Nightlies Rolling Out For Samsung Galaxy S i9000As you know by now that Android 2.3.4 updates after the recent release from Google are now rolling out for many popular Android devices. And the news has come out that well known CyanogenMod 7 nightlies are now available based on the new Android 2.3.4 for the Samsung Galaxy S i9000. Thanks to all the hardworking XDA forum developers for their great work on the CM7 and a quick response to integrate the recent Android changes in the most popular mod of the Android 2.3. Please flash this ROM ONLY on your Samsung Galaxy S i9000 if you are feeling adventurous, or you want to do testing because it has been pointed out that this build is at a very development stage and may contain many bugs.

Some of the new silent features as provided by the developers are as follows:

  • android 2.3.4
  • nexus s kernel changes (gpu, usb accessory, display panel reset)
  • new gpu drivers
  • changes on autobrightness
  • backlight notification.
