After a long delay finally the official Android 2.3 Gingerbread update will be rolling out from Samsung for the Galaxy S starting from the mid May in case you are living in UK or Nordic countries. For the USA and rest of the world update will follow the suite soon. This will not only be an official update for the Samsung Galaxy S, but also the Galaxy Tab as well as other budget oriented Samsung mobile devices namely: Ace, Gio, Fit and mini.
