Since the time iOS 5 beta was seeded to developers by Apple. Jailbreak community has been testing all the jailbreak tweaks that we know about for compatibility reasons. As by now we already know that Apple has made a substantial number of changes to the iOS 5, so many of the jailbreak tweaks that we are accustomed to install on our jailbroken devices no longer work. Users from the community has compiled a great list of all those jailbreak apps/tweaks that are working as well as the list of apps that are not working on the iOS 5 beta 1. This list can be access from here. As you will observe many popular JB tweaks such as iFile, Folder Lock, Dreamboard, Backgrounder, afc2add, OpenSSH still work in iOS 5 beta 1. But then there are other well known tweaks such as Activator, BiteSMS, SBSettings, Infinifolders, xBackup that are broken! I think developers for most of these JB apps will update their applications with the time as the official public release for the iOS 5 draws near. Also with the time developers will get more familiar with the iOS 5 and will update their applications to be compatible with the latest & greatest from Apple.
