As we already know that are millions of Samsung Galaxy S2 (SII) smartphones that have already been sold by Samsung in last few months after its release in key markets around the world. But not all the users are getting the factory unlocked versions of the device but rather buy it at subsidized prices with long term contract with a carrier on a monthly subscription. But in that case in most cases the device is locked with the respective carrier SIM, and you cannot use it with any other SIM. Those Samsung Galaxy S2 (SII) users might be interested to unlock their device to use it with other SIMs as well. We already covered a useful method to unlock the Samsung Galaxy S2 (SII) in our previous article which was based on the use of a tool called Galaxy S2 SIM Unlock. But I noticed for some users this tool didn’t work for some reason.

If you happen to be one of those unlucky users then you can try a new Android unlocking app that we discovered recently that has been primarily designed for the Samsung Galaxy S devices but the recent update allows to unlock Samsung Galaxy S2 (SII) as well! And based on the user comments on the App page in the Market it seems that this app works well with the Samsung Galaxy S2 (SII). So do give it a try! Furthermore, same application can also be used to unlock other variants of Samsung Galaxy S such as Vibrant, Captivate and also Galaxy Tab.     I was one of the unlucky users but i finally found SGS Unlock Pro v1.3 and unlocked my Samsung Galaxy SII (GT9100) White merely in about 2 seconds… :D
